We’ve come a long way from the days, not so long ago, when DC’s business was done using a handshake and a promise to perform. But what hasn’t changed so much is that the DC area remains, in some ways, like a small town. Everyone seems to know everyone.

As matchmakers, we keep the identity of both our clients andcandidates secret for as long as is reasonably possible (practicallyup to the point of the first interview).
