Pamela Oerth Kolesnik, Principal

Pam followed her sister into the search business and joined Oerth Associates in 1986. For more than 25 years, she has been a recognized leader in the real estate & construction search industry. Pam manages key search assignments for the region’s best organizations ranging in size from boutique partnerships to large international corporations. Named “Top 40 under 40” by the Washington Business Journal, she has been a frequent speaker at industry trade associations, including NOVA CREW, DC CREW, IFMA, and The Project Management Institute. Pam has served on numerous boards and commissions, and is a past Chair of the Alexandria- Arlington Private Industry Council and the Alexandria Commission on Employment. Her “Summer Jobs for Alexandria Youth” program was cited by the United State’s Department of Labor as one of the best in the nation. Pam is married and resides in Old Town, Alexandria.

Genevieve “Genny” Zirk, Principal

Genny joined Oerth Associates in 2002. She is responsible for managing middle management and executive search assignments. She has an exceptional network and has an outstanding reputation that enables her to recruit and attract top-caliber candidates. Genny is passionate about people, and her insight and approach to the search process is well received by our industry. Genny began her career in 2000 working for a Fortune 500 company in sales and marketing. Genny is a member of District of Columbia Building Industry Association and supports our industry charities, including The Washington Building Congress Builder’s Ball. She has been active in NOVA CREW, DC CREW, The Washington Building Congress, and DCBIA. Genny is originally from Texas and graduated from Siena College in upstate New York with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She is married with two children and lives in Clifton, Virginia.
